Who should lift weights?
Anyone can lift weights, regardless of gender or age. Weight training has many benefits such as helping to increase strength, increase endurance, lose weight, build muscle, prevent injury, and increase overall health. Athletes all over the world use weight training because it helps them to perform at the best of their ability. Weight training can be an essential aspect of anyone's workout, and can make a workout much more effective. If you do not currently use weight training in your workout, I recommend that you look into it.
